'Services' refers to installation, customization, maintenance, and support offerings for our AI devices. 'Info Products' means digital materials such as e-guides, tutorials, and software packages. 'Physical Goods' means tangible AI-enabled devices purchased through our platform.

3. Services

3.1 Service Requests: Clients may request installation, setup, or maintenance of AI devices through our online platform. All service requests must include device details and preferred scheduling information.

3.2 Scheduling and Access: Service appointments are subject to availability. You must provide safe access to the location where the AI device will be installed or maintained.

3.3 Transfer Policy: Services may be transferred to another date or recipient if you notify Vantelo at least 24 hours in advance.

3.4 Non-Refundable Services: Emergency on-site repair services are not eligible for a refund due to immediate resource allocation.

4. Info Products

4.1 Delivery: Info Products are delivered digitally upon confirmation of purchase. You will receive access instructions via email.

5. Physical Goods

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Full refund is available if you cancel a scheduled service at least 48 hours before the appointment. After the technician has been dispatched, refunds are not available. Services may be transferred to another date or recipient if you notify Vantelo at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency on-site repair services are not eligible for a refund.

6.2 Info Products

If you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To submit a refund request, contact us via Contact Us. Once any part of the Info Product has been accessed, refunds are not available.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical Goods that are unused and in their original packaging may be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once the item has been received and inspected, Vantelo will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Defective items will be replaced or refunded upon confirmation of the defect.
